While this certification confirms the holder's successful completion of all requisite assessments and validates their professional capabilities at the time of issuance, it should be noted that neither the European Union, the EU Social Fund+, the European Center for Accreditation (ECA), nor the ECA Executive School assumes any liability or responsibility for the professional conduct, decisions, actions, or omissions of the certificate holder in their professional practice. This certification serves solely as recognition of demonstrated competency and does not constitute an assumption of responsibility for the holder's professional activities or their outcomes.

The certifying bodies explicitly disclaim any and all liability for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses of any kind arising from or related to the professional services rendered by the certificate holder. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the holder's professional practice. This clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the universal academic accreditation laws.
